Every offering here is rooted in the same philosophy — that healing happens when we meet you where you are, work at a pace your nervous system can tolerate, and honor the whole of who you are.
After your intake, we begin with three sessions to establish our therapeutic relationship, clarify your goals, and assess the right path forward together. At the end of this package we'll discuss next steps — whether that's individual therapy, a KAP program, The Practice, or something else entirely.
$750 (3 sessions)
Individual therapy provides a consistent, grounded space to do the work — at your pace, in your time. Drawing on Somatic Experiencing®, IFS-informed approaches, and a range of evidence-based practices, sessions are tailored to what you bring. No two clients are the same, and no two sessions are either.
$250 per session
Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement. A small number of reduced-fee slots are available — inquire via the contact form.
KAP is not a shortcut. It is a carefully structured therapeutic process that uses medicine to create neuroplasticity — opening a window for deep, integrative psychotherapy work that other approaches often cannot reach. Each KAP journey includes preparation sessions to set intention and establish safety, dosing sessions where I am present with you for the full experience, and integration sessions to make meaning of what arose. This arc is not incidental — it is the work.

I am trained by Phil Wolfson, MD, founder of the Ketamine Training Center. Medical oversight and ketamine prescription are provided by Journey Clinical — their fees are separate from mine and paid directly to them. All KAP packages require an intake session ($250) and are subject to clinical assessment. Financial assistance may be available through Thank You Life.
For those who have had expanded state experiences outside of a clinical context — whether through plant medicine, ketamine, or other psychedelics — and are seeking skilled support to make meaning of what arose. Integration sessions draw on somatic awareness, nervous system attunement, and a deep respect for the territory you've entered.

For those ready to make a dedicated commitment to their healing. The Practice is not about more access to me — it's about more access to yourself. A defined therapeutic arc, consistent weekly sessions, and between-session support create the container for sustained, deepening work. Between-session contact is available via secure messaging for brief check-ins, grounding support, and scheduling — responses within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday.

All The Practice commitments require an intake session ($250). KAP is available separately and may be integrated — preparation sessions may be applied toward KAP preparation at no additional charge.
As an SEI-approved Beginning Provider, I offer personal SE sessions to students in the Beginning level of Somatic Experiencing® training.
$150 per session · $100 for domestic scholarship students
Available for licensed clinicians seeking peer consultation or guidance on integrating somatic or KAP-informed approaches, organizations looking to develop KAP or somatic programs, and individuals outside New York State seeking consultation. I bring direct experience designing and implementing a KAP program from the ground up — clinical protocols, policy and procedure frameworks, staff training, and prescribing partnerships.

All services begin with an intake session. The intake allows us to assess fit, establish goals, and ensure the work we do together is the right work for you at this time. Not everyone who comes for an intake will proceed to every service — and that's okay. The intake is its own valuable conversation.
